Donna's Tomato Pie

Steps

  1. Bake 9-inch pie shell at 375 F for 10 minutes.
  2. Layer tomatoes in the shell, sprinkling each layer with salt, pepper, basil, and garlic.
  3. Combine mayo and grated cheddar. Spread over tomatoes.
  4. Bake at 300 F for 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
